This works, the easy way for me (root only):
1. Install from Playstore (v1.25 as of the time of writing). Wait patiently, about 5GB will be downloaded.
2. Install Lucky Patcher (Your device must be ROOTED!). Just search the forum, install the latest one.
3. Run Lucky Patcher, select Civ VI from the list, select "Menu of Patches", then select "Custom Patch" . This Custom Patches works for game version 1.20+
4. Launch the patched game.
That's it. Game and all DLCs unlocked.
