The version number is an old version

The version number is an old version

Not true. I've just installed it and it's version 2.8.40, just as the title states.

Inside app it shows 2.8.39

The last few releases have been bug ridden with simple things like notifications not working. Has this been fixed yet ?

Not what we've come to expect from Balatan, whose work is usually excellent. This latest incarnation creates ghost directories in the United Internet cloud.

Balatan's version 2.8.39 seems to be working well but it's best to avoid 2.8.38 and 2.8.40 altogether until these issues have been fixed - hopefully soon!

Is it just for hyperos or android 14 in general that icon pack for solid explorer isnt compatible anymore? i see that these icon packs were from 2015.

Version is 2.8.40, in app 2.8.39 - I have this app from play store and issue is same.
Mod Edit: ^ That's because the developers haven't adjusted the version shown in the About screen, but only did it in the manifest, so please stop commenting this.
