Best File Explorer out there!

For some reason it seems like CX fell by the wayside and they are pushing Solid Explorer and ES File Explorer as replacements - but I hate them both!

CX was the best. Is there any other people out there still releasing it since this author is no longer doing so?

Very good app in doing file management functions. I like to use it to play music from my NAS. But I can only play one song at a time using the build in player. And then it is supposed to be able to install other plugin but I just could not figure out how to do that. Can anyone help?

go into settings top right, click default apps it's in grey, click compatibility mode, play store opens with file uri plugin.

Please have been asking an update for this app for years it seems and no one seems to be even bothered... its just spam now maybe the thread should be locked because there seems to be no hope at all.
