Works well, is there a reason Task Activities errors out saying there's a problem loading bc no internet?

So, do the premium features only work if we don't log in? I installed this APK, and made an account. Although I now have the premium symbol over my avatar, I clearly don't have premium features. For example, it won't let me make more than 8 lists, if I try it just deletes new ones. Any idea on how to fix this?
