1. Install Locus Free from Playstore
2. Run it and let it dl libraries then close
3. Launch Root explorer or similar to copy the two files into safe location
/data/data/menion.android.locus/files/_libraries.conf
/data/data/menion.android.locus/files/libproj.so
4. Uninstall Locus Free
5. Install Locus Pro 3.1.3
6. Use Root explorer to move 2 saved files to /data/data/menion.android.locus.pro/files/
7. Set permissions for 2 files you must set full permissions (use Root explorer or ES File Manager)
8. Launch Locus Pro 3.1.3 and make sure it fully opens, the close (not just minimize)
9. Install Locus Pro 3.2.0 over existing version. And launch Locus Pro 3.2.0 and make sure it fully opens, the close (not just minimize)
10. Install Locus Pro 3.4.0 over existing version and run

/data/data/menion.android.locus.pro/files/ vvvvvvvvvvthis folder is not being created at all on any of our devices!!! Tried on 5 tabs and 3 phones

any no root version? please!

U need to have root anyway to copy the libraries in pro folders

after the installation of the 3.4.0 locus free, and a full opening until the map is shown, the folder mentioned in the instructions is created but the files aren't there. Even if I transfer the files from another phone to the pro folder, when I open the pro version, it stays on the download page and gives error. I'm using Es Explorer and have root permissions. Any ideas? In this phone I had to revert to 3.0.2.

Has anyone succeeded with the suggested procedure while starting with the free 3.4.0?

Can anyone make an update.zip file for update/fix locus pro that takes files from locus free?

I was successful with:

1. Install Locus Free from Playstore

Please note, in setting the file permissions don't forget to set the folder permissions to full as well.
