i have a pixel 8 pro, which supposedly google "optimized" for ai.
HOWEVER, i don't need circle search, beauty pictures, or the host of other pointless AI "features" google likes to promote. I DO love interesting offline projects (and open-source), localai and freedomgpt are two projects i am keeping an eye on (both offline), but neither are for android yet. Do you know of an android arm64 (silly google no longer supporting arm7 32 bit on their devices) OFFLINE Artificial intelligence open source project, or any offline AI projects (windows, linux or android) ?

Yeah Google needs to be punched in the guts for not supporting older devices.

Download termux, install openblas or clblas. Compile it using clang then download a model. If you've 12 gigs of ram or more you can run 7-b 4 qbit models. There's a guide on llama.cpp on how to do it. Just type LLama.cpp GitHub on Google. Then control f and search android and you'll find the guide.
