2. Ghostly Garlic - Murder is ruff, especially when the only witness to the crime has four paws and a nose for trouble.
When one of the Potion Masters Society’s own goes missing, Libby and Marge are on the case. Not only do they uncover the woman’s secret laboratory, but they also stumble across the missing potionist. The problem is, she’s invisible.
But before they can call Deputy Jackson, they must first figure out a way to reverse the potion or risk exposing their underground community.
As they investigate, they uncover more clues that reveal their fellow potionist’s death wasn’t natural. Good thing there is a witness in the form of a delightful dog named Max.
In their search for a killer, no stone is left unturned, and that includes dealing with the coalition set to dismantle the Potion Master Society.
This whodunnit will require all of the tools at Libby and Marge’s disposal, including the eyewitness pooch, a sharp wit, and a suitcase-handbag full of potions.
3. Brutal Brew - A recipe for murder…
It’s time for the Potion Masters Society’s annual Brew-off competition! Libby Slade might be new to the potion-making world and is one laboratory accident away from burning down her house, but she decides to dust off her cauldron for the competition.
Potionists from across the state gather, but it’s not the friendly rivalry Libby had been expecting.
When one of the judges dies after testing Marge’s potion, Libby must figure out who the killer is to clear the apothecary’s name.
She uses her sleuthing skills, potions, and a heavy dose of snark to solve this mystery with more twists and turns than ingredients in a potion recipe.
4. Picture-Perfect Poison - One person’s trash is another person’s treasure… that goes haywire and defies the laws of physics.
While Libby and Marge are in Oregon uncovering answers about Libby’s mother’s death, Marge gets a call from a friend at the local chapter of the Potion Masters Society. They’re organizing an annual rummage sale but are short a couple potionists. They need volunteers to help run it, and who better to ask than a newbie potionist and an apothecary? A duo who attract trouble like Marge’s hair growing potion allures bald men.
Soon after, strange occurrences begin cropping up all over the city as people start behaving oddly. A woman can’t stop dancing, even to the point of exhaustion. A man mysteriously ages, seemingly overnight. A child starts sprouting porcupine quills from his skin like a pincushion.
It isn’t long before Libby and Marge realize those afflicted were customers at the rummage sale. Libby suspects a rogue potionist might be sabotaging the Potion Masters Society. To get to the bottom of the mystery, she and Marge do what they do best: uncover answers while using whatever whacky potion they have at their disposal and leaving a trail of mayhem in their wake.
