Needing Harmony series (#2-4) by Jaliza A. Burwell
Requirements: .ePUB reader, 429 KB
Overview: My name is Jaliza Burwell and I'm a writer.

Okay, okay, more information. I love writing about fantastical worlds and the people who live in them. Once in a while, I'll toss in some contemporary to keep things real.

I am a proud auntie of seven: three nieces, three nephews, and one wily cat. I'm also that annoying roommate who doesn't know how to shut up. When I'm not harassing my family or friends, you can find me reading or walking around aimlessly, pretending to contemplate about life.

I hold a B.A. in English Creative Writing with a minor in chemistry, just because I could. I also have a M.A. in Publishing and Writing. With all that in my background, I like to think I know things, when really I don't.

What do I write? Fantasy. All things fantasy! With romance, and men. Lots of men, because why not?
Genre: Fiction > Romance Contemporary

Finding a Melody (#2)
Cadence’s new tempo with her friends won’t stay at the same beat for long.
Cadence wants to believe that everything is finally looking good. She has new friends she’s able to open up to. She’s pushing her music to the limit, and so many new possibilities have opened up before her, not just in her career, but in her personal life too. But secrets have a way of finding the light, forcing Cadence to navigate around danger slowly slipping into her life.

Losing the Rhythm (#3)
Cadence has lost her rhythm and only the guys can help her find it again.

It’s a fact that Cadence’s life sucks. Too much, too fast, too often. She doesn’t know what to do with herself anymore. Her music has gone quiet. Her thoughts are numb. And only the guys staying by her side has kept her from screaming her head off. She no longer knows which direction to turn.
Unfortunately, she isn’t really given a chance to catch her breath as school becomes intense and more people try to enter her life. Everything is unbalanced for Cadence, and as she tries to find her footing once again, she’s unwilling to give up. The people around her aren’t willing to let her fall either. Hopefully, she recognizes their support before it’s too late.

Holding the Tempo (#4)
The tempo in Cadence’s relationships is shifting. Will she be able to keep up?

If Cadence thought things were finally smoothing out, she thought wrong. As Cadence settles into her independence, she learns that dependency isn’t always bad. Justin needs her as he’s tossed back into his violent past, and she isn’t so sure what’s the right thing to do to ensure he comes back unscathed. He’s facing hard choices that leave not only him reeling, but his friends and family too.
With scars reopening, Cadence’s own are put in danger as she does everything in her power to support her friends. It’d be so easy to pull away, to hide behind her music like she so often did in the past, but she can’t do that anymore. It isn’t only Justin who’s faced with some tough decisions—she has some of her own to make too.
